Take a look at any casino or slot site and the majority will have headline grabbing new customer bonuses to get you through the door but many brands fail when it comes to retention. With thousands of sites available to sign up to it is easy to cruise around them picking up sign up offers but what about customers who don’t want to have to constantly join new sites, those that want to stick with a handful of sites and be rewarded for their loyalty?
That is what this page is for. Here we cover the best casino offers for existing customers from good, licensed and reputable brands. We only list offers that are both useful and valuable as we believe deals should enhance your play and you should never be lead by a promotion, rather the best offers simply add to your existing gaming experience.
We cover several different types of deal here split into categories, such as loyalty points, slots bonuses, free spins, table game offers and more. For more detailed reviews of the offers click ‘more details’ or visit our casino promotions page.

Loyalty Points / Programs
32Red's flagship ruby rewards program has been running for years now and represents the benchmark when it comes to loyalty points schemes. There are four automatic entry levels starting at Bronze (50 points to enter, 25 to retain) up to Platinmum (10,000 points to enter and 5,000 to retain) along with an invitation only Club Rouge.
Red Rubies are earned for every game you play and can be redeemed in 1,000 batches, 1000 rubies equated to 10 casino chips. To move up levels you need to earn the required number of chips and to stay at that level you need to earn the tier requirements each month. The more you move up the more additional benefits there are such as personalised promotions. Red rubies are also awarded on your birthday, from 1,000 for bronze up to 5,000 for platinum.
Casino chip bonus winnings are subject to 30x wagering, game contribution to wagering various (see 32Red). You can see how many rubies each game contributes by clicking the 'R' icon at the top of each game. #Ad
Aspers, the famous land based casino, now have an online casino run by Daub. This is an excellent combination of online and offline experience that manifests itself in a very good loyalty rewards program. It is good because it is simple and basically runs in the background allowing you to accumulate rewards for loyalty without needing to think too much about how to qualify.
The set up is basic but effective. You can earn 1 point for every £1 spent on slots (2 points for exclusive slots and scratchcards) and 1 point for every £2 staked in tables games.
Exchanging the points is also simple. Get a £1 bonus for every 1000 points with each bonus carrying a 10x wagering requirement to convert to cash. Slots and scratchcards count 100% towards the WR table games and live casino count 20%. Points can be converted up to a maximum of £1000 in bonuses.
Jackpots
A new and exclusive feature to bet365, Dual Drop Jackpots offers players two mechanically different Jackpots: The Community Jackpot and Weekly Jackpot. Both jackpots offer automatic entry based on the total amount staked and require no opt-ins from customers. With a wide range of games to play and something to suit everyone’s taste, just customers can simply play for a chance to win.
For every £10 staked, players earn one prize draw ticket for the Community Jackpot, and for every £100 staked, players earn one prize draw ticket for the Weekly Jackpot. Players know exactly when the jackpots will pay, with the Community Jackpot prize draw taking place when the Jackpot reaches £100,000 exactly and the Weekly Jackpot prize draw taking place every Sunday at 22:00 GMT. Players do not need to be online at the time to win; they can take control and play at a time that suits them.

Key Information About Casino Offers
Luckily bonuses and offers are not the minefield they once were thanks to better regulation online these days that requires operators to be clear and honest about their offers and their terms. This is why you will now see all deals, even those for existing customers, will have significant terms listed.
Even though significant conditions are listed they still contain a lot of terminology that you may not understand or may be confusing. Different brands will often phrase things differently or have offers that sound the same but are very different in reality. Here we cover some of the major terms to help you understand and compare deals:
Wagering Requirements
Bonuses or winnings from free spins will generally have a wagering requirement attached. Sometimes this is termed the rollover, play through or turnover – these all mean the same thing.
In basic terms it is the number of times you need to ‘rollover’ the bonus amount. If you have a £10 bonus with a 20x the bonus wagering requirement then you would need to stake £200 of qualifying bets in order to turn that bonus and winnings from it into cash.
For deposit bonuses the wagering requirement can often be stated in two ways, one applies just to the bonus amount and the other to the deposit + bonus amount. This is a critical difference that should be understood. For example, you deposit £10 receive a 100% bonus, offer ‘A’ states the bonus has a 30x the bonus wagering requirement (i.e. £300), site ‘B’ states 15x the deposit + bonus (this is also £300).
Often sites will list wagering requirement as deposit + bonus as it makes it look more attractive to the player. Some will even list headline grabbing offers with something like 1x wagering of the bonus, but when you look at it you need to play through the deposit amount 10-20x to get it.
Bonuses often have restrictions too, which are important and covered next.
Qualifying Games
Bonuses and free spins rarely come without restriction so it is useful to understand these before you start playing. The majority of bonuses are restricted to slots, for example, so if you are taking a bonus to play roulette you may find your bets do not count or will count less.
The significant terms will state ‘games restrictions apply’ but you will need to read the full terms to see exactly what games will count towards an offer and which ones will not.
It is common for certain slots with high return to player percentages to be excluded. Table games are often not counted and if they are they will have a lower contribution. For example, you have a £10 bonus with 20x wagering required but roulette will only count 20%, therefore instead of needing to bet £200 to meet the bonus conditions you would need to bet £1000 on roulette.
Certain bets within tables games can also be restricted, for example, outside bets on roulette may not count. In general if you are looking for a bonus to play a specific game you should find the bonus that has the best wagering conditions for that game.
Live games or games in different sections (e.g. Vegas, Macau) will probably not count towards any requirements and you will need to seek out promotions for those specific sections.
Minimums and Maximums
There are quite a few minimums and maximums to be aware of when it comes to casino offers. Here are the main ones to be aware of:
- Maximum time from registration to claim an offer, this is not always the case but many will have a limit such as 7 or 30 days.
- Maximum bonus or spins validity. Most bonuses are valid for at least 7 days from award, usually 30 days is standard. Free spins however are often shorter with 3 days or even 24 hours seen commonly.
- Minimum deposit/bet amount to claim a bonus.
- Maximum bonus amount, if this is for a deposit it it often expressed as a percentage up to the maximum amount (e.g. 50% up to £30)
- Minimum bonus amount, again if for a deposit this will often be shown as a percentage, e.g. a 50% bonus up to £50 with a minimum £20 bonus would require a £40 deposit.
- Maximum winnings, these are common for free spins but also apply to some bonuses, especially no deposit bonuses. The maximum winnings will either be expressed as an absolute amount (e.g. £100) or a factor of the bonus (e.g. 10x the bonus). Additional winnings here would be forfeited. This is sometimes termed ‘maximum conversion’.
- Minimum winnings. Some bonuses are void if you have not won a certain amount after completing wagering, e.g. £10.
- Maximum bet. A lot of offers stipulate the bonus will only contribute up to a maximum stake per hand / spin, such as £5. Any individual bet over this using bonus funds would not count to the wagering requirement.
Opt-In & Promo Codes
Promotions are sometimes automatically credited if you do something to qualify but more often than not you will either need to opt-in to an offer or enter a promotional code to claim. It is important to do this before you start playing or your bets may not qualify.
Opt-in is usually done through a general promotion page or specific offer page. Promo codes can generally be added within ‘your account’ or ‘your bonuses’ sections.
It is common for casinos to only let you use one bonus at a time, in order to use a different bonus you may have to forfeit your existing bonus.
Opt-in and codes are not used to try to kid you, rather sites that have lots of offers use these to differentiate their promotions to ensure you get the right deal.
‘Free’ Spins
Confusingly some free spins are genuinely free, i.e. the winnings from the spins are given to you in cash, but most will have a wagering requirement attached to the winnings.
The term ‘free’ in relation to spins simply refers to the original spins not necessarily the winnings from them. If you do need to play through winnings the requirement is often lower compared to bonuses but at the same time they also often have maximum winnings limits attached.
When free spins winnings are given in cash it is often made clear this is the case, e.g. cash spins, cash free spins, wager free spins, etc.
Payment Methods
Many offers are not available to customers who deposit using certain methods, commonly eWallets such as PayPal, Skrill and Neteller and vouchers such as PaySafeCard.
If you fund your casino account using a debit card you will be allowed to claim all offers but if you fund it through different means it is advisable to check the terms to see if you are allowed to claim.
In the past eWallets have been abused by people to set up multiple accounts and take multiple bonuses, therefore, these methods are not often restricted for offers.
Abusive Patterns
The reason betting companies give you offers is to encourage you to play or to try new things, they do not really want to give you free money, hence all the wagering requirements and games restrictions. Bonuses and free spins are kind of like a ‘try before you buy’ system. The operators know some people win but they also know a lot don’t and at the same time it may induce them to bet more with real money.
Of course, a lot of people have found ways of getting around this and have abused bonuses in the past to guarantee they win. Therefore, it is now common to see a lot of restricted bet types listed within terms. For example, you may see something like this:
The Promoter reserves the right to remove “Bonus Funds” if we believe a customer has, or is attempting to, abuse this offer. Low risk betting, i.e. betting on red/black, evens/odds, 1-18/19-36 or covering over 20 numbers on a spin (including straight up, splits, streets, corners, baskets, six-lines, dozens, columns, red/black, evens/odds, 1-18/19-36 and section/neighbour bets) will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being removed.
Linked Brands
When it comes to casinos most sites are not independent rather they are run in groups, either as a network of sites owned by the same people (e.g. Betsson) or as white labels, where an operator runs sites on behalf of several owners (e.g. Nektan).
Some but not all linked brands will restrict what promotions you can claim across the group. This is especially true for sign up bonuses, e.g. if you join Site A and take a bonus you may not get a bonus for Site B in the same group. This can occasionally apply to existing customer promotions too, especially loyalty programs. It is always worth checking the terms before you start playing.
Linked sites also share information and so you could be banned on all sites in the group if you abuse bonuses on just one of them.
Licensed Casinos
There are rules around advertising in the UK, these are enforced by the ASA and the UKGC to ensure adverts are fair and not misleading and that they don’t appeal to children. They also give you a route to complain through if you think a casino is using misleading or irresponsible advertising methods.
This only applies to licensed casinos though. It is illegal for non-licensed sites to allow UK customers to play but the onus is on the user to check this as the regulatory bodies cannot close sites based in certain foreign territories.
Free Spins Slots
If you play with an unlicensed casino they can basically do what they want, including not paying you out, keeping your money and not honouring promotions. Indeed some will offer crazy offers (e.g. 5000% bonuses) with the intention of never actually paying you if you do win.

We only list licensed sites and we strongly recommend you only play with licensed sites. Sites with a license will always display this in their footer, you can also search the UKGC licenses page for operators or brands if you are unsure.
